July 30, 2006 - NEW GAME!!! Blackjack Carnival! Get ready for a brand-new Blackjack experience! In the near future Pogo will be releasing a colorful new single player casino-style game called Blackjack Carnival! At this same time Pogo will be retiring Buckaroo Blackjack, so if you have not completed the Buckaroo Blackjack challenges you still have time!

This new game is sure to delight with some very festive features, including:

• Speedy Auto-Deal - The new interface will speed up gameplay! You can even have cards dealt automatically without having to click on the "Deal" button!
• Jackpot Spinner - Get Blackjacks and earn extra tokens with a Jackpot Spin.
• Side Bets - Place a wager on one of three different side bets to increase your chance of winning a big payout!
• Higher Wagers - Bet up to 250 tokens on a hand!
• Session Stats - Track your winnings with Session Stats provided before each new shuffle.
• Ranks and Badges - Club Pogo members earn 50 ranks and 5 badges for playing.

Blackjack Carnival Deal          Blackjack Carnival Win!

For those badge collectors who have not yet earned the Buckaroo Blackjack badges, don't worry! There is still plenty of time to earn all four of them, but you will need to start activating them as your personal challenges starting next week. You will have about one more month to enjoy Buckaroo Blackjack.

Once we've retired the Buckaroo Blackjack game, these badges will no longer be available to earn, but will still exist within your badge books under Special Edition Badges. Please note-- if you do not receive the challenge badges for Buckaroo Blackjack, but get every other badge for the year, your Badge Book for the year will be considered complete and you will receive the Album Badge for that year.

Here are the four badges from Buckaroo Blackjack:

• Yee-Haw! Badge. This is from the 2004 Badge Book and requires that you get a Silver Jack 50 times during the week-long challenge period.
• Stumpy's Blackjack Badge. Also from the 2004 Badge Book, this challenge requires that you get a blackjack 50 times during the week-long challenge period.
• Gold Jack Badge. This challenge, again from the 2004 Badge Book, requires that you get 1 Gold Jack during the week-long challenge period.
• Buffalo Badge. This 2005 Badge Book challenge requires that you win 3,000 tokens during the week-long challenge period.

July 18, 2006 - Dice City Roller Released! With the July 18th update to Pogo's site, they released their newest game, Dice City Roller!  The game is a new spin on an old take - Yahtzee.  So far, it's a fun, unique game that is a little bit like another Pogo Favorite, Lottso.  This exclusive, Club Pogo Members only game has 50 ranks with 5 badges that can be earned at various ranks.  For more information about Dice City Roller, including the ranks and badges, visit the Dice City Roller game page!

July 11, 2006 - Turbo 21 Remake Released!!  After much anticipation, waiting, and excitement, the Turbo 21 remake has been completed and released.  The "new" Turbo 21 has new graphics, a spot for your Club Pogo Mini, power ups, three different game levels, ranks and badges!  Some players have been reporting that the new version is easier to play and a lot more fun!  For detailed information about the ranks and badges in Turbo 21, visit the Turbo 21 Game Page. 

July 11, 2006 - Club Pogo Celebrates their 3^rd birthday on July 9th!  All current Club Pogo members automatically received the Special Edition badge on July 11th to celebrate Club Pogo's third birthday.  The official birthday of Club Pogo is July 23rd, but Pogo decided to begin the celebration early.  Happy Birthday Club Pogo!

July 2, 2006 - Turbo 21 Remake – Coming soon! Pogo has been working on the Turbo 21 remake for some time now.  The remake will include ranks and badges for Club Pogo members only.  Non-Club pogo members will not advance in ranks or get the badges but will still be able to enjoy the game with all its new features and graphics.

Club Pogo members are anxiously waiting for the release hoping that "today will be the day".  There are rumors circulating that the game "may" be released on July 21st sine there is a special Summer party occurring that day in the Turbo 21 rooms.  However, another rumor tells us that the game may be out on July 14th.  Who knows!

As soon as the game is released we will post it here and let you know so keep checking back for updates!

July 2, 2006 - New Game – Dice City Roller!!  Pogo is releasing a new game exclusively for Club Pogo Members!  This one looks like a unique, interesting cross between Monopoly and Yatzee which promises to be tons of fun!!  Here is what Pogo has to say about the game:

July 2, 2006 - More new games! Obviously Pogo has been busy these past few months! More new games that are in development include a makeover to Club Pogo Exclusive Game Jungle Gin and a makeover to High Stakes Pool!  Makeovers to existing games usually include new graphics, game ranks and badges!   

Another new game currently in development is BabbleGab. We don’t know what the game will be like, but as soon as we find out more information, we will definitely post it here!
